I complete the remote energy healing ahead of our call, so our time together is fully conversational.

- If you have book an extended 80 minute session, these also include coaching/mentorship

- After our session you are encouraged to take time for yourself, get extra rest, get outside and drink a lot of water. Try to book during a time where you will be able to do this.
