This is for creatives, entrepreneurs, companies, influencers, and those growing on Instagram who are ready to look at their platform differently.
This session blends energetic work with grounded reflection on your Instagram. Supporting you in clearing what’s coming up around visibility, being seen, success, and sharing your truth, while also offering guidance on how you move forward.
Choose this session if you’re looking for layered support with Instagram, getting clear on how you want to show up there.
You May Experience:
- An intuitive + energetic reading of you and your platform - clearing of energetic blocks around visibility, being seen, perfectionism and sharing your truth
- An Instagram audit to reflect what’s currently working, what feels off, and where your energy may be leaking

I complete the remote energy healing (and any auditing) ahead of our call, so our time together is fully conversational.

- If you have book an extended 80 minute session, these also include coaching/mentorship + time to move through more energy processes together.
- If you book and IG reading, this will include your audit as well + any ideas for content and hooks that came through.

- After our session you are encouraged to take time for yourself, get extra rest, get outside and drink a lot of water. Try to book during a time where you will be able to do this.
