This session blends energetic work with a strategic audit of your Instagram.

This is not a complete done-for-you content plan or a large bank of pre-written hooks, but some strategy is included. What comes through varies. Some receive specific hooks and ideas, others overarching principles, others a posting rhythm and more.

How it works
1. Choose your session and length, pick your booking time, and complete your payment.
2. I complete all energy work (and any auditing) before we meet, so we actually get time to go over messages and insights. On our Zoom call I share what I observed, what was cleared, what shifted and what's relevant for you to be aware of moving forward.
Extended 80 minute sessions include coaching and time to move through more energetic processes together. IG readings include your audit plus any content ideas or hooks that came through.
Our call can be recorded and the audio sent to you afterward.
3. After your session, give yourself time to rest, get outside, and drink plenty of water. Plus follow through on what came through for best results.
